We are private and secluded yet only a short walk to a vibrant urban city,offering great shops,cafes restaurants and nightlife.
We only accept single party bookings so your privacy is assured with the villa yours to enjoy as your own.
Perfect for both groups of up to six for a weekend away or for the business traveler wanting extra comfort and space. Small catered functions can be organized by your hosts who also operate a successful suburban cafe "Chocolate Frog " situated near the airport in the Palmers Garden Center.

While we do not live on the the premises we will provide inclusive in the room rate,a gourmet breakfast, tailored to your requirements - whether it be "poached seasonal fruits and yogurt over vanilla rice risotto " followed by a cooked breakfast chosen from our extensive "cafe style " menu.

Complimentary specialty teas, coffee, house baked cookies in the jar, wine, beer ,soft drinks, nibbles, a fruit bowl and a cheese board will enhance your stay.

Your hosts have been in the hospitality industry in Wellington for many years, most lately as operators of the iconic Chocolate Fish Cafe and now the Chocolate Frog and are only too happy to help you with your holiday recommendations.
